Excellent produce and minimal interference. Such is the philosophy of Hotel Cort’s Mediterranean kitchen. A local market cuisine where the elements are treated with the upmost respect, true to the “less is more” maxim.
Dishes where basic ingredients predominate (premium olive oil, homemade french fries, a well dressed lettuce, bread with tomato…). Seasonal products which are incorporated into daily culinary suggestions, so customers can always discover new flavours to try.
Our staff will guide clients to the right choice always fun dishes so that you only have to think about enjoying the experience . Feel comfortable. Enjoy savouring in order to relish the moment and finish your menu feeling light.
On the floors we created a great pattern in shades of grey composed out more than 15 different mosaics in a carpet-style with geometrical motives that have a strong visual effect and which continue throughout the area including even the bathrooms.
In general, the decoration was intentionally suggested very loaded, filling the interior with bottle shelves, mirrors and carpentry that visually interconnect the different ambiences. We wanted to strengthen at max the heights of the restaurant by creating square-shaped surfaces of perimetral mirrors on the ceilings and central fields with false ceilings of molded wood from which giant lamps of varying designs hang down.
For us the illumination is a crucial element in any restaurant which is why we work with LEDs and light bulbs giving a warm light. For the furniture we choose fine material such as wood and leather. The whole of the incorporated elements gives an own personality to each of all the different spaces allowing the guests to enjoy different dining experiences.
At Hotel Cort we believe that not just a dish but every occasion will require a different wine. We like to think that there are many special moments in which to enjoy good wine, and many types of grapes to combine.
That is why we can offer you a wide range of selected wines from our cellar. National, international wines, and of course local wines from around the island.
Red, white and rosé wines with their own personality and identity. Reserva, ageing and young wines; From Rioja, Ribera del Duero, wines from Binissalem, Rueda, Alicante, Chile, California or Australia. All of them with their own specific features due to their geographic origin and the peculiarities of the grape used in the making.
All of them have been selected thoughtfully, bearing in mind a sensible quality-price balance. Would you like to have a drink? Let us make a suggestion.
